Als Junior Account Manager spielst du eine zentrale Rolle beim Aufbau unseres globalen Compliance-Champions. Du wirst zur zentralen Ansprechperson für unsere Kunden und arbeitest eng mit unserem Account Management Team zusammen. Mit deinem Kommunikationstalent und deiner Organisationsstärke findest du immer den besten Weg, um Kundenbedürfnisse zu verstehen und sie mit smarten Lösungen zu begeistern. Dein Ziel? Deine Mission

Du hast Lust Unternehmen aktiv zu unterstützen, ihre Compliance Ziele zu erreichen und heyDatas Footprint bei unseren Kunden zu vergrößern.
Kundenzufriedenheit: Diese steht für dich an erste Stelle. Du verstehst deren Bedürfnisse und unterstützt diese dabei ihre Compliance Ziele zu erreichen.
Interne Kollaboration: In Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Data Privacy Success Team erarbeitest du maßgeschneiderte Lösungen für unsere Kunden und sorgst für ein hohes Maß an Kundenzufriedenheit.
Kundenbindung und Retention: Durch deine proaktive Kommunikation, identifizierst du Risikokunden, verhinderst Kündigungen und betreust diese während des Verlängerungsprozesses.
Umsatzwachstum: Entdecke und entwickle Möglichkeiten zum Upselling von heyData Produkten, um unseren monatlich wiederkehrenden Umsatz zu steigern.

Dein Profil

Du hast bereits erste Erfahrungen im Account Management, Kundenservice oder Sales gesammelt und erste Erfahrung mit CRM-Tools (z. B. HubSpot und Notion) oder die Bereitschaft, dich schnell einzuarbeiten.
Multitasking & Organisationstalent: Du kannst mehrere Kunden und Projekte gleichzeitig betreuen, ohne den Überblick zu verlieren.
Eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten im Remote-Setup: Du kannst dich selbst organisieren und fühlst dich im Homeoffice wohl.
Du hast das Bedürfnis dich als Teamplayer voll einzubringen und als Team gemeinsam Erfolge feiern
Du hast hervorragende Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und sicheres Englisch
Digitale Affinität & analytisches Denken: Du verstehst digitale Geschäftsmodelle und hast ein Gespür für Zahlen und KPIs.

About this position

As a Junior Account Manager, you will play a key role in building the global compliance champion. You will be the primary point of contact for our customers, working closely with our Account Management team. With your strong communication skills and organizational talent, you will ensure that customer needs are met with smart solutions. Your goal? Not just to satisfy our customers – but to turn them into true heyData fans!

Your mission

Supporting Businesses: Help companies achieve their compliance goals while expanding heyData’s footprint among our customers.
Customer Satisfaction: Understanding customer needs and guiding them toward compliance success is your top priority.
Internal Collaboration: Work closely with our Data Privacy Success Team to develop tailored solutions and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Customer Retention & Loyalty: Proactively identify at-risk customers, prevent churn, and manage the renewal process.
Revenue Growth: Identify and develop upselling opportunities to increase our monthly recurring revenue.

What we are looking for?

You have initial experience in account management, customer service, or sales and are familiar with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Notion) – or you are eager to learn quickly.
Multitasking & Organizational Talent – You can manage multiple customers and projects simultaneously without losing focus.
Independent Work in a Remote Setup – You organize yourself efficiently and feel comfortable working from home.
Team Player Mentality – You thrive in a collaborative environment and love celebrating successes together.
Excellent Communication Skills – You are fluent in German and have a strong command of English.
Digital Affinity & Analytical Thinking – You understand digital business models and have a knack for numbers and KPIs.
