In der Rolle als Sales Development Representative bist du ganz vorne mit dabei, wenn es darum geht, mit uns zusammen den globalen Compliance Champion aufzubauen. Du wirst ein Teil unseres großartigen Sales Teams sein und bist eine der ersten Personen, wenn es darum geht, Unternehmen von heyData zu überzeugen. Mit deiner offenen Art und deinem Sales-Talent nutzt du in der Rolle verschiedene Wege, um Kunden für dich zu gewinnen. Bei uns hast du die Möglichkeit, dich schnell zu entwickeln und ein wahrer Master für Tech Sales zu werden.
Deine Mission
  • Proaktiver Aufbau und Pflege von Kundenbeziehungen durch Telefonate oder Mailings 
  • Identifizierung und Qualifizierung von potenziellen Kunden durch gezielte Recherche und Analyse
  • Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Vertriebsstrategien, einschließlich der Identifizierung neuer Vertriebskanäle und -möglichkeiten
  • Aktive Teilnahme an Marketing- und Salesaktivitäten, um die Markenbekanntheit von heyData zu steigern und potenzielle Kunden anzusprechen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Sales Team, um die Generierung von Leads zu maximieren und den Verkaufsprozess zu optimieren
  • Kontinuierliches Monitoring und Reporting der Vertriebsaktivitäten sowie Identifizierung von Verbesserungspotenzialen zur Steigerung der Effizienz und des Erfolgs
Dein Profil
  • Du bist motiviert, heyData zum führenden Compliance Startup aufzubauen
  • Erste Erfahrung im B2B Sales ist ein Plus, aber wir suchen nach Motivation und den Willen Sales Prozesse von Anfang an zu Lernen, Mitzugestalten und bei heyData zu wachsen 
  • Freude an der Kommunikation mit Kunden und eine kundenorientierte Mentalität
  • Hohe Eigeninitiative und selbstständige Arbeitsweise, verbunden mit einem ausgeprägten Teamgeist und der Fähigkeit, in einem dynamischen Umfeld zu arbeiten
  • Begeisterung für neue Technologien und Interesse an den aktuellen Entwicklungen im Bereich Compliance und Datenschutz
  • Hervorragende Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und gute Englischkenntnisse

In the role of Sales Development Representative, you will be at the forefront of building the global compliance champion together with us. You will be part of our great sales team and one of the first people to convince companies of heyData. With your open personality and your sales talent, you will use different ways to win customers for yourself in this role. With us, you will have the opportunity to develop quickly and become a true sales master.
Your mission
  • Proactively building and maintaining customer relationships through phone calls or emails 
  • Identifying and qualifying potential customers through targeted research and analysis
  • Supporting the development and implementation of sales strategies, including the identification of new sales channels and opportunities
  • Actively participate in marketing and sales activities to increase heyData's brand awareness and target potential customers
  • Working closely with the sales team to maximize lead generation and optimize the sales process
  • Continuously monitor and report on sales activities and identify areas for improvement to increase efficiency and success
What we are looking for?
  • You are motivated to build heyData into the leading compliance startup
  • First experience in sales is a plus but we are looking for motivation and the will to learn sales processes from the beginning, to help shape and grow at heyData 
  • Enjoy communicating with customers and have a customer-oriented mentality
  • A high level of initiative and independent working style, combined with a strong team spirit and the ability to work in a dynamic environment
  • Enthusiasm for new technologies and an interest in the latest developments in compliance and data protection
  • Excellent communication skills in German and a good skills in English
