Als Information Security Expert:in spielst du eine entscheidende Rolle bei der Gestaltung und Weiterentwicklung innovativer Informationssicherheitslösungen. Deine Mission

Fachexpertise: Agiere als Expert:in für Informationssicherheit, übersetze IT-Sicherheitsstandards in Produktideen und stelle höchste Standards für Sicherheit und Compliance sicher.
Zusammenarbeit: Arbeite eng mit interdisziplinären Teams zusammen, um innovative Lösungen im Bereich Informationssicherheit zu entwerfen und zu entwickeln.
Sicherheitsrahmen: Unterstütze den Aufbau eines robusten Informationssicherheitsrahmens für die Organisation.
Kundensupport: Nutze die heyData-Plattform, um Kunden dabei zu helfen, IT-Sicherheitsstandards einzuhalten.
Innovation: Identifiziere und bewerte neue Sicherheitstrends, Bedrohungen und Technologien, um kontinuierliche Innovation voranzutreiben.
Beziehungen aufbauen: Stärke Beziehungen zu Kunden und Partnern, um Vertrauen in unsere Lösungen zu schaffen.
Gestaltungsraum: Trage in einem dynamischen Startup-Umfeld dazu bei, wo deine Stimme und Ideen wirklich zählen.

Dein Profil

Expertise: 2 - 4 Jahre Erfahrung in der Umsetzung von ISO 27001 in verschiedenen Unternehmen.
Fachwissen: Fundierte Kenntnisse der Prinzipien der Informationssicherheit, insbesondere des ISO-27001-Rahmenwerks und des Risikomanagements.
Technische Fähigkeiten: Vertrautheit mit Cybersicherheits-Tools und -Praktiken wie Schwachstellenmanagement, Bedrohungserkennung und Reaktion auf Vorfälle.
Antrieb: Selbststarter mit der Motivation, Neues aufzubauen und in einem unternehmerischen Umfeld zu glänzen.
Kommunikation: Fähigkeit, komplexe Themen sowohl technischen als auch nicht-technischen Stakeholdern klar zu vermitteln.
Flexibilität: Bereitschaft, praktisch zu arbeiten und sich an die sich wandelnden Bedürfnisse eines wachsenden Startups anzupassen.
Sprachen: Fließendes Englisch; Deutschkenntnisse sind ein großes Plus.

As an IT Security Specialist, you will play a key role in shaping and driving the development of cutting-edge Information Security solutions. You’ll collaborate with a passionate team to create impactful products and help establish a strong foundation for our business in this critical domain.

Your mission

Act as a subject matter expert in Information Security to translate IT security standards into product ideas and ensure the highest standards of security and compliance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop innovative Information Security solutions.
Support the creation of a robust Information Security framework for the organization.
Leveraging the heyData platform, help customers to become compliant with IT Security standards
Identify and evaluate emerging security trends, threats, and technologies to drive continuous innovation.
Build strong relationships with customers and partners to establish credibility and trust in our solutions.
Contribute to a fast-paced, collaborative startup environment where your voice and ideas truly matter.

What we are looking for?

Experience: 2-4 years of experience in ISO 27001 implementation in several companies
Expertise: Deep knowledge of Information Security principles, such as ISO 27001 framework and risk management.
Technical Skills: Familiarity with cybersecurity tools and practices, including vulnerability management, threat detection, and incident response.
Drive: A self-starter with the motivation to build something new and thrive in an entrepreneurial environment.
Communication: Strong ability to convey complex topics to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Adaptability: Willingness to work hands-on and adapt to the changing needs of a growing startup.
Languages: Fluent English; German skills are a big plus.
