Als Information Security Consultant (ISO 27001) spielst du eine zentrale Rolle dabei, Unternehmen durch den Prozess der Einführung und Aufrechterhaltung der ISO 27001-Compliance zu begleiten. Du arbeitest direkt mit Kund:innen zusammen, hilfst beim Ausbau unserer Security- und Compliance-Angebote und kollaborierst mit verschiedenen Teams, um komplexe Anforderungen in praxisnahe Lösungen zu übersetzen. Deine Mission

Kund:innen-Interaktion & Support: Du betreust unsere Kund:innen und beantwortest Fragen zu unseren digitalen Compliance-Services rund um ISO 27001.
Analyse von Informationssicherheits-Managementsystemen: Du bewertest bestehende Sicherheitspraktiken und ISMS-Setups, identifizierst Lücken und definierst die notwendigen Schritte zur Zertifizierung oder Aufrechterhaltung von ISO 27001.
Risiko- & Compliance-Dokumentation: Du unterstützt Kund:innen bei der Durchführung von Risikoanalysen, der Erstellung von Richtlinien und der Erfüllung der Dokumentationsanforderungen nach ISO 27001.
Produkt-Mitgestaltung: Du arbeitest eng mit unserem Produktteam zusammen, um neue Inhalte, Workflows und Vorlagen für Informationssicherheits-Compliance zu entwickeln – basierend auf echten Use Cases.
Wissensbeitrag: Du verfolgst aktuelle Entwicklungen rund um ISO-Standards und Best Practices in der Informationssicherheit und speist deine Erkenntnisse kontinuierlich in unsere Plattform und Wissensbasis ein.

Dein Profil

Akademischer Hintergrund: Du hast einen Hintergrund in Informationssicherheit, Informatik, Wirtschaft, Recht oder einem verwandten Bereich, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Compliance, Risikomanagement oder Datenschutz.
ISO 27001 Know-how: Du verfügst bereits über Kenntnisse in ISO 27001 und Informationssicherheits-Managementsystemen (ISMS) oder bist hochmotiviert, dir diese Expertise schnell anzueignen.
Analytische & kommunikative Fähigkeiten: Du arbeitest strukturiert, kannst komplexe Anforderungen klar verständlich aufbereiten und scheust dich nicht davor, ins Detail zu gehen.
Kundenorientierung: Du kommunizierst gerne mit Kund:innen und findest pragmatische, nutzerzentrierte Lösungen.
Sprachkenntnisse: Du sprichst und schreibst fließend Englisch und Deutsch.

As Information Security Consultant (ISO 27001), you'll play a key role in guiding companies through the process of implementing and maintaining ISO 27001 compliance. You’ll work hands-on with customers, help build out our security and compliance offerings, and collaborate across teams to turn complex requirements into practical, actionable solutions. This role is a great opportunity if you're eager to explore organizational, technical, and operational challenges in a fast-paced startup environment and want to contribute to something with real business and societal relevance.

Your mission

Customer Interaction & Support: Engage with customers and respond to inquiries related to our digital compliance services for ISO 27001.
Information Security Management Analysis: Assess clients’ current security practices and ISMS setups to identify gaps and define the steps needed for ISO 27001 certification or maintenance.
Risk & Compliance Documentation: Support clients in conducting risk assessments, preparing policies, and fulfilling documentation requirements for ISO 27001.
Product Co-Creation: Collaborate with our product team to develop new content, workflows, and templates for information security compliance — based on real use cases.
Knowledge Contribution: Stay up to date with developments in ISO standards and information security best practices, and continuously feed your insights into our platform and knowledge base.

What we are looking for?

Academic Background: You have a background in Information Security, Computer Science, Business, Law, or a related field, ideally with a focus on compliance, risk management, or data protection.
ISO 27001 Know-how: You already have knowledge of ISO 27001 and information security management systems (ISMS), or are highly motivated to quickly develop deep expertise.
Analytical & Communication Skills: You work in a structured way, can simplify complex security and compliance requirements, and are not afraid to dive into detail.
Customer Orientation: You enjoy communicating with clients and finding pragmatic, user-centric solutions.
Language Proficiency: You speak and write fluent English & German
