Als Junior Account Manager spielst du eine zentrale Rolle beim Aufbau unseres globalen Compliance-Champions. Du wirst zur zentralen Ansprechperson für unsere Kunden und arbeitest eng mit unseren Teams aus Sales, Produkt und Privacy Success zusammen. Mit deinem Kommunikationstalent und deiner Organisationsstärke findest du immer den besten Weg, um Kundenbedürfnisse zu verstehen und sie mit smarten Lösungen zu begeistern. Dein Ziel? Deine Mission
  • Account Management und Kundenzufriedenheit: Zusammen mit dem Account Management Team übernimmst du die Betreuung unserer Kund:innen und sorgst für eine langfristige Zusammenarbeit auf Augenhöhe. Du verstehst deren Bedürfnisse und unterstützt diese dabei ihre Compliance Ziele zu erreichen.
  • Onboarding & Retention: Durch deine aufmerksame Art und proaktive Kommunikation, sorgst für eine exzellente Onboarding Erfahrung und identifizierst Risikokunden, verhinderst Kündigungen und betreust diese während des Verlängerungsprozesses.
  • Upselling & Expansion: Du identifizierst Potenziale bei bestehenden Kund:innen und entwickelst gemeinsam mit ihnen neue Lösungen und Use Cases, um unseren monatlich wiederkehrenden Umsatz zu steigern.
  • Kundenfeedback & Produktentwicklung: Du verstehst die Bedürfnisse unserer Kund:innen und gibst strukturiertes Feedback an Produkt- und Entwicklungsteams weiter.
  • Interne Kollaboration: In Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Domain Expert Team erarbeitest du maßgeschneiderte Lösungen für unsere Kunden und sorgst für ein hohes Maß an Kundenzufriedenheit.
Dein Profil
  • Du hast bereits erste Erfahrungen im Account Management, Kundenservice oder Sales gesammelt und erste Erfahrung mit CRM-Tools (z. B. HubSpot und Notion) – oder die Bereitschaft, dich schnell einzuarbeiten.
  • Multitasking & Organisationstalent: Du kannst mehrere Kunden und Projekte gleichzeitig betreuen, ohne den Überblick zu verlieren.
  • Eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten auch im Remote-Setup: Du kannst dich selbst organisieren und fühlst dich im Homeoffice wohl.
  • Hands-on Mentalität, hohe Eigenmotivation und Lust, selbst mit anzupacken, du hast das Bedürfnis dich als Teamplayer voll einzubringen und als Team gemeinsam Erfolge feiern.
  • Du hast hervorragende Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und sicheres Englisch.
  • Digitale Affinität & analytisches Denken: Du verstehst digitale Geschäftsmodelle und hast ein Gespür für Zahlen und KPIs.

As a Junior Account Manager, you will play a central role in shaping our global compliance champion. You’ll be the main point of contact for our customers and work closely with our Sales, Product, and Privacy Success teams. With your communication talent and strong organizational skills, you’ll always find the best way to understand customer needs and inspire them with smart solutions. Your goal? Your mission
  • Account Management & Customer Satisfaction: Together with the Account Management team, you will take care of our customers and ensure long-term, collaborative partnerships. You understand their needs and support them in achieving their compliance goals.

  • Onboarding & Retention: With your attentive nature and proactive communication style, you ensure an excellent onboarding experience. You identify at-risk customers, prevent churn, and support them throughout the renewal process.

  • Upselling & Expansion: You identify opportunities within existing accounts and work with customers to develop new solutions and use cases to increase our monthly recurring revenue.

  • Customer Feedback & Product Development: You understand our customers’ needs and provide structured feedback to our Product and Development teams.

  • Internal Collaboration: In close cooperation with our Domain Expert team, you develop tailored solutions for our customers and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
