Deine Mission

Content-Strategie & redaktionelle Verantwortung

Übernimm die vollständige Verantwortung für heyDatas Content-Roadmap über alle Formate und Kanäle hinweg (organische Social Media, Blog, Webinare, Video).
Baue den Redaktionskalender ganzheitlich auf: von der Ideenfindung über Planung, Produktion und Veröffentlichung bis hin zur Auswertung.
Übersetze Produktupdates, regulatorische Änderungen und Marktanalysen in klare Content-Themen und wirkungsstarke organische Kampagnen.

Social-Media-Leadership (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube)

Führe unsere Social-Media-Präsenz mit einer konsistenten Stimme und starkem Storytelling.
Erstelle Inhalte, die informieren, Vertrauen aufbauen und unsere Demand-Generation unterstützen.
Entwickle gemeinsam mit unserem Designteam kanaloptimierte Formate und Serien (z. B. LinkedIn-Carousels, Reels, kurze Erklärvideos, YouTube-Deep-Dives).
Interagiere aktiv mit unserer Community und steigere Reichweite, Follower-Zahlen und Community-Qualität.

Video-Content & On-Camera-Präsenz

Plane, skripte und produziere Video-Content (Short-Form, Erklärvideos, Produktclips, Thought-Leadership-Formate) gemeinsam mit unserem Designteam.
Arbeite mit internen und externen Expert*innen zusammen, um Compliance-Themen in einfache, menschliche und fesselnde Geschichten zu übersetzen.

Performance & Optimierung

Verfolge KPIs über alle Content- und Social-Kanäle hinweg (Reichweite, Engagement, CTR, Leads).
Führe Experimente mit Hooks, Formaten, Perspektiven und Posting-Frequenzen durch, um schnell zu lernen und kontinuierlich besser zu werden.
Erstelle monatliche/vierteljährliche Reports für das Leadership-Team und unterstütze bei der Weiterentwicklung unserer Positionierung und Messaging.

Dein Profil

2+ Jahre Erfahrung im Content Marketing und/oder Social Media im B2B-Umfeld (Erfahrung im SaaS-Bereich von Vorteil).
Ein ausgeprägtes redaktionelles Gespür: Du weißt, was Content nützlich, klar und teilbar macht.
Du kannst komplexe Themen vereinfachen, ohne an inhaltlicher Präzision zu verlieren.
Praktische Video-Skills: Scripting, grundlegende Produktion, Arbeit mit Tools/Partnern – und du fühlst dich vor der Kamera wohl.
Strukturiert und proaktiv: Du planst sauber, setzt schnell um und hältst mehrere Content-Stränge gleichzeitig in Bewegung.
Anpassungsfähig, motiviert und bereit, gemeinsam mit einem Scale-up-Team zu wachsen.
Fließend in Deutsch und Englisch.

Nice to have:

Kenntnisse in SEO/AIO, Thought Leadership und/oder Demand Generation.
Editing-Skills in Tools wie Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut oder Canva.
Ein Gespür für Founder-/KMU-geführten Content und Personal-Brand-Storytelling.

About this position

At heyData, we make compliance feel simple. Our all-in-one platform helps companies automate GDPR, EU AI Act, NIS2, ISO 27001 and more – fast, easy, and always up-to-date. We’re growing quickly in DACH and across Europe, and we’re looking for a Content & Social Media Manager who can turn complex regulatory topics into content people actually want to read, watch, and share. If you love driving content strategy and you’re comfortable creating video and being on camera, this role is for you.

Your mission

Content strategy & editorial ownership

Own heyData’s content roadmap across formats and channels (organic social, blog, webinars, video).
Build and manage the editorial calendar end-to-end: ideation, planning, production, publishing, and evaluation.- Translate product updates, regulatory changes, and market insights into clear content themes and high-impact organic campaigns.

Social media leadership (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube)

Lead our social presence with a consistent voice and strong storytelling.
Create content that educates, builds trust, and supports demand generation.
Together with our designer team, shape channel-specific formats and series (e.g., LinkedIn carousels, reels, short explainers, YouTube deep dives).
Engage with our audience and grow reach, followers, and community quality.

Video content & on-camera presence

Plan, script, and produce video content (short-form, explainers, product clips, thought-leadership formats) together with our designer team.
Collaborate with internal and external experts to turn compliance into simple, human, engaging stories.

Performance & optimization

Track KPIs across content and social (reach, engagement, CTR, leads).
Run experiments with hooks, formats, angles, and cadence to learn fast and improve continuously.
Create monthly/quarterly reports for the leadership team and help refine positioning and messaging.

What we are looking for?

2+ years of experience in content marketing and/or social media in a B2B setting (Experience in SaaS a plus).
A strong editorial brain: you know what makes content useful, clear, and shareable.
You can simplify complex topics without losing accuracy.
Hands-on video mindset: scripting, basic production, working with tools/partners – and you’re comfortable on camera
Structured and proactive: you plan well, execute fast, and keep multiple content threads moving.
Adaptable, driven, and hungry to grow with a scale-up team.
Fluent in German and English.

Nice to have:

Familiarity with SEO/AIO, Thought Leadership, and/or demand generation.
Editing skills in tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or Canva.
A feel for founder/SME-led content and personal-brand style storytelling.
